The ESSENTIAL deli team have put together these menus to help you cater your next function. You can mix and match tasty treats from any of the menu selections or, if you prefer, come in and discuss your requirements with Adrienne and we will put together a bespoke menu that not only reflects your event, but helps enhance it.

 

When you book your catering we would like to know about the venue, the type of function, the time frame and your quests; all of these elements help us put together a successful menu to fit in with the occasion.

 

At ESSENTIAL deli, we are ethically minded so, in keeping with our values, we only use free range eggs, bacon, ham and chicken in all of our food. Furthermore, all of our culinary delights are prepared with intricate timing so all of our food is at its best for each function. Our adaptablilty allows us to vary our menu items to fit in with your requirements and means we can alter ingredients or size to suit you.

PUMPKIN salad: blue cheese, caramelised red onion, sundried tomato pesto, baby spinach (V/GF)

 

KUMARA salad: pumpkin, red capsicum, baby spinach, thai coconut and sweet chilli dressing (V/GF/DF)

 

GREEN salad: green leaves, tomato, cucumber, avocado, balsamic reduction (V/GF/DF)

 

CHICK PEA salad: roasted pumpkin, courgettes, feta, red capsicum, baby spinach (V/GF)
